Rog and Carolyn are long-time business and life partners. Rog kicked off his career in journalism. Eventually, he and Carolyn founded the R.W. Nielsen Company, a publishing enterprise that churned out trade magazines.
In 2002, they embarked on a wild adventure to Bolivia, answering a call from the Big Guy upstairs to spread love and kindness in the tropics. After their epic journey, they landed back in the good ol' USA, managing a non-profit employment center in Missouri before diving headfirst into full-time motivational speaking.
Love was in the air when Rog married Carolyn, his childhood sweetheart. Now, they're living the dream with five kids and a whopping twenty-one grandkids—talk about a full house! Despite Carolyn being legally blind, these two are all about living life to the fullest, crisscrossing the country like modern-day nomads, spreading wisdom, laughter, and a whole lot of love.
With their storytelling prowess, killer humor, and enough personal anecdotes to fill a library, Rog and Carolyn are on a mission to empower leaders to lead like Jesus with gusto.
